You will navigate multi-stakeholder approvals, tailor venues and packages, and drive memorable experiences that align with our camera-first brand standard.

You will own local outreach, grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, and pursue a quarterly quota with earnings tied to a tiered commission.

Qualifications

• Proven background in group or event sales, hospitality, or related field.
• Track record of managing a high-value pipeline and closing deals with multiple decision-makers.
• Confident prospector who builds relationships naturally and follows through.
• Strong communicator and presenter; tailor pitches to groups of varying sizes.
• Detail-oriented and organized for large events with many moving parts.
• Feedback-driven and coachable; values debriefs to improve performance.
• Comfortable with Outlook, Teams, Excel and GEMS.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for groups of 13+ from initial inquiry to event close.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making and complex contracts.
• Match clients to the right venue and custom experience.
• Own local outreach and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Develop and expand opportunities through consistent prospecting and relationship management.
• Achieve quarterly quota; understand tiered commission structure.
• Lead BEO meetings and ensure flawless execution from contract through celebration.
• Maintain retention outreach to bring back past guests and referrals.
