Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Senior Event Sales Specialist for our hybrid Los Angeles location. You will own the full sales cycle for groups of 13+ and manage multi-stakeholder decisions, tailoring proposals to match clients with the right venue and experience.

You’ll lead BEO meetings, coordinate with venue ops for flawless execution, and grow a high-value account portfolio through proactive prospecting and post-event retention efforts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven background in group or event sales, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience with large or complex events strongly preferred.
• Track record of managing a high-value pipeline and closing deals with multiple decision-makers.
• Confident prospector who builds relationships naturally and follows through consistently.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for groups of 13 and above - from standard social events to large-scale corporate buyouts and complex 100+ guest events
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making, longer timelines, and higher-complexity contracts with confidence
• Match every client to the right venue, package, and custom experience for their group size and goals
• Lead BEO meetings for your events and coordinate with venue ops teams to ensure flawless execution from contract through celebration
• Stay with the guest by driving retention outreach and growing repeat/referral business after events
