Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a CDS Account Manager to sell, develop and manage Costco in-store demo programs. You will collaborate with sales leadership to craft event strategies and oversee day-to-day logistics of each event, ensuring seamless execution and opportunities for growth.

The role requires a strong background in sales and event logistics, with a track record of leading teams, building client relationships, and delivering compelling presentations to executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in sales developing new business while executing the logistics of events.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a sense of urgency.
• Working knowledge of marketing skills is an asset.
• Strong leadership, relationship building, customer focus and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily scheduling of demo events across assigned Costco departments.
• Partner with Costco buyers to develop demo programs and drive sales.
• Coordinate with external vendors to monitor program execution and provide recaps.
• Manage communication, processes, and procedures with Costco and vendor partners.
• Collaborate with Country Manager to create reports on events.
• Coordinate with Operations on changes and client requests.
