Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators for Costco locations. You will oversee product preparation, training and customer service, ensuring high standards at each event and coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including new location grand openings.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in client-side, branded consumer goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities of events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and costs.
• Lead, hire, train and supervise product demonstrators.
• Support events in new location openings as needed.
