Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full Time Event Manager to oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of in-store product demonstrators, manage product prep and presentation, and coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and staff for new location openings.

You will lead the effort in delivering superb service to Club members and drive sales for Costco, with a set Tue-Sat schedule, comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail, hospitality or food environments.
• Detail oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and vendor product sales.
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures development.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics.
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and cost management.
• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through operations optimization.
