Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking a Full-Time Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and presentation, ensuring superb service to Costco members and coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors, and staff.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple openings and events.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods company or similar.
• Ability to lead and manage teams; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all event activities to ensure successful promotions and sales.
• Oversee recruitment, training and supervision of part-time staff.
• Coordinate product preparation, presentation and food safety standards.
• Communicate strategies to a district manager and vendors.
• Support grand openings at new locations as required.
