Placements24 is seeking a Senior Event Planner for a prestigious venue in Welkom, Free State. You will lead the planning and execution of all events, from intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, exceptional organizational and negotiation skills, and a flair for innovative event design. Availability for evenings and weekends is expected in this dynamic hospitality role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning.
• Proven success in weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail in design and execution.
• Proficient in event management software and MS Office.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
