ParetoHealth is seeking a Senior Event Operations Manager to lead planning and execution of a portfolio of high-impact events for Members, consultants, sponsors, and staff. You will drive strategy, create detailed timelines, and coordinate speaker materials and budgets.

• Eight+ years in event planning, operations, or conference management.
• Experience leading large events with 1000+ attendees; 1500+ preferred.
• Able to manage complex schedules, timelines, and onsite logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan events to meet business goals and deliver great attendee experiences.
• Manage calendars including training events, incentive trips, and large meetings.
• Coordinate speaker logistics, materials, contracts, and budgets.
• Oversee venue selection, production partners, and vendor negotiations.
• Lead sponsorship program, registration, and event apps/tech.
• Be onsite to manage logistics and ensure a smooth attendee experience.
