Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Senior Events Leader to own the strategy and end-to-end execution of a high-impact events portfolio. You will drive demand, executive access, and account-based experiences, partnering with sales, customer success, and revenue operations.

You will lead a two-person events team, oversee external partners, and establish rigorous ROI metrics across major programs like Tidal and Revenue Kickoff. This is a fully remote role targeting US markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B events, experiential marketing, or field marketing with ownership of a complex events portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the events strategy and portfolio end to end, including budget, trade-offs, and pipeline impact.
• Lead strategy and execution of major experiences (Tidal, Revenue Kickoff, President's Club) and executive interactions.
• Build an executive and account-based events engine with sales and customer success collaboration.
• Make events commercially accountable with dashboards, ROI reporting, and cross-functional alignment.
• Leverage AI to streamline planning, research, outreach, and operational workflows.
• Manage and develop two event marketers and coordinate with agencies, venues, and sponsors.
• Deliver measurable outcomes for pipeline, account movement, and customer engagement.
