ParetoHealth is seeking a Senior Event Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of high-impact events—from Members’ Meetings to incentive trips. You will oversee content, speaker coordination, contracts, budgets, and onsite execution, collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in event operations, strong negotiation skills, and comfort working with executives and diverse vendors. Travel and onsite presence are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in event planning or conference management.
• Experience leading events with 1000+ attendees; 1500+ preferred.
• Strong contract negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Proactive problem solving under pressure with good judgment.
• Comfortable coordinating with executives, speakers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan events that meet business goals and deliver great attendee experiences.
• Manage calendars for training events, incentive trips, and large meetings.
• Coordinate content, speaker materials, and session details.
• Oversee timelines, staffing plans, and onsite logistics.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets from start to finish.
• Lead sponsorship program logistics and vendor coordination.
