Qualifications

• Must have strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Experience advising and leading cross-functional teams on event delivery.

Responsibilities

• Advise and lead on the execution of a portfolio of meetings.
• Coordinate with internal clients and event stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery of all meetings within the portfolio.
• Provide creative inspiration for integrating the event location and firm messaging into programs.
• Oversee budgets across the portfolio of meetings and travel as needed.
