InStride is seeking an experienced Events Marketing Manager to lead our events as a strategic B2B growth channel. You will own the event portfolio strategy, collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align with go-to-market priorities, and drive pipeline impact across live, virtual, and sponsored formats.

You will connect events to integrated campaigns, ABM, content, and digital channels, and translate performance insights into optimization. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with event ownership.
• Experience running complex in-person and virtual events end-to-end.
• Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and ABM tools for targeting and attribution.

Responsabilités

• Translate business priorities into an event strategy that engages priority audiences.
• Activate content, email, digital, ABM, social channels before, during, and after events.
• Align with Sales to identify priority accounts and generate meetings.
• Own end-to-end event execution including sponsorships, vendors, registrations, and on-site experience.
• Define event KPIs, measure ROI, and translate insights into recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Design, Product, and RevOps.
