Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 4+ years’ experience in hospitality, 5-star hotels, event planning and F&B with high-touch service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage guest experiences with tact and diplomacy.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Working knowledge of audio-visual systems and EMS.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings and events within the center, coordinating with catering, AV, and facilities to exceed client expectations.
• Handle day-to-day client challenges and drive effective solutions while maintaining a positive experience.
• Maintain a professional, flexible, and can-do attitude delivering exceptional service.
• Participate in daily operations meetings to stay informed on events planned by the team.
• Execute pre- and post-conference calls/meetings to manage details.
