Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Senior Planner in Amenity Services to coordinate high‑touch meetings and events at the Firm's Client Center in New York. You will lead conference center planners, ensure service excellence, and maintain global standards while collaborating with Technology partners and the Regional Management team to deliver an outstanding user experience.

You will manage logistics, staff development, and space optimization, while overseeing reception duties and EMS system operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Luxury Hospitality Industry and Event Planning with high touch customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and employees.
• Highly organized with multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings and events, collaborating with teams to exceed client expectations.
• Provide personalized customer service to all clients and employees.
• Address client challenges with effective solutions for a positive experience.
• Maintain a collaborative and team-oriented attitude and lead by example.
• Assist with staff coverage and daily projects.
• Participate in operations meetings and reviews, providing feedback and direction.
• Execute pre and post conference calls/meetings to manage details.
• Ensure optimal space usage to achieve goals.
• Conduct staff reviews and identify training needs.
• Cover reception desk functions, including calls and emails as needed.
• Master the EMS system for reservation and reporting.
