Job summary

Hargrove, Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead to perform intermediate setup and operation of audiovisual systems in hospitality environments, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. This on-site role reports to an Operations Manager, Operations Director, or Director of Event Technology.

The position requires 2–3 years of AV experience, strong customer service skills, and a valid driver’s license. You will mentor other technicians and coordinate with hotel staff to ensure equipment and service meet

Qualifications

High school diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred.
2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

Equipment Operation: Responsible for accurate setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service, lead and coach other Technicians, maintain client relationships, and ensure on-site needs are met.
Technical Ability: Understand and troubleshoot equipment and software issues, anticipate challenges, and resolve problems promptly.
Systems Knowledge: Follow processes, perform accurate paperwork, coordinate with vendors, and upsell when appropriate.
