Hargrove, Inc. is seeking an on-site Technical Lead to install and operate audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will report to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and ensure guest satisfaction through expert service.

The role requires 2–3+ years in AV and hospitality, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Training and certifications must be completed within 60 days for external hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet all training/certification requirements within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet internal training/certification requirements.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and breakdown AV systems of varying scale.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Follow all safety and security measures and protect equipment from theft or damage.
• Lead and mentor other Technicians as part of Encore’s service philosophy.
• Work with clients on-site to ensure equipment works and client needs are met.
• Use Encore systems and applications and manage equipment sheets for setup/strike.
