Job summary

Hargrove, Inc. is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure client satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with operations staff to deliver flawless events.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 1 year of customer service or AV experience, and a valid driver’s license. Training/certification within 60 days is required; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and breakdown basic AV equipment.
• Customer Service: Exceed client expectations and maintain positive client relationships; on-site meetings to ensure satisfaction.
• Technical Ability: Understand basic technical concepts and troubleshoot equipment/software issues.
• Systems Knowledge: Complete paperwork, enter orders, and coordinate with staff and vendors.
