Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event/technology experience with specialty in Audio, Lighting, Projection, or Video.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: set up, operate, and breakdown of advanced AV equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Customer Service: deliver excellent service and maintain client relationships.
• Training/Staff Development: mentor and develop technical staff; stay current with technology.
• Event Supervision: supervise other technicians during events; coordinate on-site operations.
• Equipment Maintenance: manage security, storage, inventory and maintenance of equipment.
