Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of event technology experience with specialty in Audio, Lighting, Projection, or Video is required.
• 3-4 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date; internal requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down advanced AV equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Troubleshoots technical issues quickly and informs stakeholders.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains positive client relationships.
