Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Service Technician in Seattle to diagnose and repair Battery Electric Vehicles, mentor junior technicians, and maintain high standards for air EV systems. The role requires ASE certifications and EPA 609, with experience in luxury auto repair and strong communication skills.

A valid license and CPR training post hire are required. You will work with HV and LV systems, document procedures, and collaborate with the service team to deliver exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician
• ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) required
• Experience diagnosing and repairing HV/LV EV powertrains
• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments
• Customer facing experience with strong communication
• Proficient in MS Office and proprietary DMS software
• EPA 609 Certification
• Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire
• Valid driver’s license with minimal suspensions in past year
• Drivers under 21 must have held license 3+ years and complete Lucid Training on hire

Responsibilities

• Repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics
• Train and assist junior technicians on HV systems and powertrains
• Maintain knowledge of high/low voltage and EV systems
• Be SME in at least 1–2 major repair categories
• Follow repair order documentation procedures (Three C’s)
• Document customer vehicle interactions in software
• Communicate with service team and customers
• Demonstrate attention to detail and customer focus
• Support mobile service team remotely as needed
• Other duties as assigned
