Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a Sr. Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and service our luxury EVs in the field, traveling to client locations and supporting service centers. You will handle high- and low-voltage systems, document procedures, and collaborate with the service team to maintain quality and timelines.

Requirements include 4+ years of service tech experience, ASE certifications, EPA 609, and a clean driving record. Proficiency in DMS software and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) EV powertrains.
• Prior experience in luxury automobile repair environments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record within past year.

Responsibilities

• Repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
• Carry out advanced EV repairs at client sites and Service Centers.
• Document repair orders and customer interactions accurately.
• Communicate with service team and customers about status and findings.
• Perform parts duties including ordering, returns and inventory.
• Travel to assigned territories and other service locations as needed.
• Assist as Service Advisor and with vehicle paperwork and receivables.
