Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair our luxury electric vehicles. The role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and requires knowledge of high and low voltage systems, EV powertrains, and strong customer-facing communication.

ASE certifications are preferred; CPR training may be provided after hire. The position supports the mobile service team and requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record in the past year.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of automotive service technician experience, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Strong written and verbal communication for customer interactions.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform electrical/mechanical diagnosis.
• Maintain high knowledge of HV/LV systems and EV powertrains.
• Document repair orders accurately using the appropriate software.
• Communicate effectively with the service team and customers.
• Demonstrate and teach skills to others; support mobile service when needed.
