Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and high-end vehicles. You will train peers on HV systems, document all vehicle interactions, and collaborate with the service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Experience with EV powertrains and luxury repair environments is essential. The role requires ASE certifications and strong communication skills, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
• ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) required.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing HV/LV systems and EV powertrains.
• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
• Train and assist Associate Service Technicians and Service Technicians with HV systems and powertrains.
• Maintain knowledge of high voltage, low voltage, and general EV systems.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions using the software suite.
• Collaborate with service team and customers; ensure positive client experiences.
• Support remote work and mobile service teams as needed.
• Follow repair order documentation procedures.
