Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. The role supports a fast-paced service environment and includes ASE certifications within 6–8 months of hire, with reimbursement for successful completion.

Responsibilities include repairing mechanical and electrical issues, documenting work, and collaborating with service staff and customers while ensuring high-quality service experiences. Remote support is also possible as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues on Lucid vehicles.
• Maintain knowledge of HV/LV systems and EV powertrains.
• Document repair orders accurately and completely.
• Communicate effectively with service team and customers.
• Assist and mentor others with technical skills.
