Job summary

Rivian in Colorado is seeking a Sales Advisor IV to join our field sales team in Denver. You will manage the customer relationship from lead qualification to close, delivering a personalized purchase experience across in-person, demo drives, phone, text and email.

The role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will build relationships, guide decisions with product knowledge, participate in retail

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales or related roles, preferably in premium brands or automotive sectors.
• At least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to work flexible nights/weekends/holidays.
• Able to travel for events/new market launches.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience at your location.
• Qualify customers and identify needs to drive conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of Rivian products and benefits.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-touch service.
• Support customers through order confirmations and follow-ups.
• Host retail activations and experiential events.
• Solicit customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on auto/EV competition and trends.
• Share best practices with teammates to foster learning.
• Perform keyholder duties and manage opening/closing.
