LG Magna e-Powertrain USA, Inc. in Troy, MI is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead EV development programs with cross-functional teams and OEM customers.

The role focuses on program schedules, issue resolution, and clear communication with global headquarters in Korea. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive program management, understands development processes, and can coordinate hardware and software delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ program management experience in automotive, with customer interaction.
• Understanding of automotive component development and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of OEM processes and requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create development timing plans and manage activities to launch programs successfully.
• Coordinate release of EV component software and hardware to customers.
• Serve as main point of contact for customers and LG-Magna; manage development activities.
• Support weekly customer meetings to share status and track issues to timely resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, Validation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Quality) to meet milestones.
• Maintain Program Status Reports and use them for leadership updates.
• Lead internal and customer meetings; participate in global team discussions.
