Job summary

LG Magna e-Powertrain USA, Inc. in Troy, MI is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to drive electric vehicle development programs. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines, and act as the primary contact with OEM customers and our Korea headquarters.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years of program management experience in automotive. Occasional travel both domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ Program Management experience in automotive with direct customer interaction.
• Understanding of automotive component development and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Create development timing plans and manage activities to launch programs on time.
• Coordinate releases of EV component software and hardware to customers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and LG-Magna; manage cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
