You will collaborate with customers and HQ to deploy advanced power electronics solutions, including converters and inverters, and to define technical requirements for new product developments. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering, 5+ years in automotive development, and strong hands-on experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering is required.
• A minimum 5-year experience of development engineering in the automotive industry or related industry.
• Experience in the practical applications of power electronics engineering; including converter and inverter technologies.
• Skill in analysis of the semiconductors like MOSFET, diode, gate drive, OP-amp and digital circuits.
• Skill to read and understand electrical schematics, control system configurations, and standardized work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Guide customer technical communication to capture clear requirements for internal teams.
• Attend PDT meetings and urgent meetings to address issues in development and mass production.
• Create and maintain engineering specifications, DFMEAs, and DVPRs during development.
• Provide on-site engineering support at customer locations and service tasks.
• Lead root cause analysis of warranty products and communicate findings to HQ and customers.
