Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited automotive repair program preferred.
• 5–8+ years in automotive repair with bumper-to-bumper diagnostics experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics and complex repairs at service centers or in field settings.
• Provide high-level diagnostic guidance and perform remote diagnostics when possible.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to resolve HV and network faults.
• Document repairs and provide root-cause analysis for field service leadership.
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams during escalations.
