Rivian is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to act as a technical expert and leader in supporting complex vehicle repairs and field operations. The role requires adapting to service center work with potential remote work, travel to remote locations, or production plant assignments to provide advanced field support.

You will lead, mentor, and coach technicians while tackling complex diagnostic challenges, using high-end diagnostic tools, and driving continuous improvement in repair

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair program preferred.
• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Ability to travel to regional locations or production plants as needed.

Responsabilités

• Advanced Diagnostics & Complex Repairs on vehicles in service centers and field settings.
• Provide high-level diagnostic guidance and remote diagnostics.
• Coach, mentor, and train junior technicians; lead problem-solving.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to resolve HV and network faults.
• Document issues and provide feedback to engineering and field teams.
• Oversee parts operations including ordering, receiving, and inventory.
