Job summary

BELFOR Property Restoration in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a Senior Estimator to create and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial lines. Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating experience >$50,000; Commercial up to $100,000.
• BelFOR Estimating Platform Level 1 and 2 certification completed.
• Xactimate Intermediate training completed.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Xactimate software.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under scopes.
• Create floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Develop budgets and adhere to budgets; address overages.
• Meet with owners, adjusters, and consultants; communicate progress.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to complete work timely.
• Comply with BELFOR formatting standards for estimates, proposals, and change orders.
