BELFOR is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team in Florida. The role focuses on creating and managing residential, commercial, and industrial estimates using Xactimate, meeting with clients, and guiding projects from scope to completion.

You will review budgets, communicate progress to clients and management, and ensure adherence to BELFOR standards and safety requirements. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction/restoration estimating, strong analytical and communication skills,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating up to $50,000; Commercial up to $100,000.
• Proficiency with BELFOR Estimating Format Standards and Xactimate software.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal variances.
• Develop floor plans and multi-level sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Maintain budgets and communicate progress to clients and management.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed.
• Ensure compliance with BELFOR standards and safety procedures.
