Job summary

BELFOR Franchise Group seeks a Senior Estimator to create and manage estimates for residential, commercial and industrial projects. You will meet with clients, develop quality estimates using Xactimate, and manage work through completion while coordinating with trades and management to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Xactimate, and adherence to BELFOR estimating standards across diverse project types.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating
• Residential estimating over $50,000 and Commercial estimating up to $100,000
• BELFOR estimating standards and Xactimate experience

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under estimates
• Develop floor plans and multi-level/roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades to meet timelines
• Demonstrate proficiency in decontamination, containment, ventilation and deodorization techniques
• Prepare and manage estimates using BELFOR naming conventions
• Communicate progress with clients and management
