Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Leads the estimating deliverable for large projects with senior oversight.
• Coordinates site services costs with operations and preconstruction teams.
• Develops cost models and contingency values for estimates.
• Reviews bid documents and assesses project risks.
• Mentors junior estimators and supports bid packages.
• Interacts with clients and stakeholders to ensure clarity.
