Qualifications
- Lead estimator for large projects; coordinate with Senior Estimating Manager
- Mentor estimators and develop cost estimates across disciplines
- Experience with complex projects and multiple delivery methods
Responsibilities
- Leads the estimating deliverable for an entire project with cross-functional teams
- Coordinates site services costs with operations and preconstruction leads
- Develops cost estimates with contingencies and allowances
- Reviews project plans, requirements and specifications
- Coaches and mentors estimators on large multi-disciplinary estimates
- Determines labor and equipment costs and lead times
- Assists in bid package development and bid analysis
- Engages with clients and presents estimating deliverables
