Job summary

Next 150 Construction is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead the estimating deliverables for complex projects, coordinating with the Senior Estimating Manager, preconstruction and operations teams. You will mentor other estimators and develop accurate cost models while ensuring alignment with contract requirements.

Salary ranges are provided for Indiana and depend on location; Gilbane offers extensive training through Gilbane University and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10+ years of estimating experience.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Leads the estimating deliverable for an entire project.
• Coordinates the development of site services costs with the operations team.
• Develops and documents contingency and allowances with each deliverable.
• Reviews project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Coaches and mentors a team of estimators for large, multi-disciplinary estimates.
• Develops pricing assumptions with sound documentation.
