M.J. Electric, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead development of cost estimates for industrial and commercial electrical construction nationwide.

This role requires independent work, strong communication, and deep experience with estimating processes and software. The Senior Estimator will coordinate with project teams, review plans and specifications, and prepare detailed estimates, post-approval cost targets, and bid packages while engaging customers and subcontractors to secure

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, organizational and persuasive interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in the use of Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of technical scope of work and cost estimates for industrial and commercial electrical projects.
• Prepare and evaluate proposals, pricing schedules and bid forms.
• Analyze time, equipment, materials and manpower requirements for each project.
• Interface with customers, vendors and subcontractors to determine project costs and pricing.
