M.J. Electric is seeking a Senior Estimator - Industrial to lead cost estimation for industrial and commercial electrical construction nationwide. You will develop detailed estimates, review plans, and coordinate with operations to ensure competitive bids.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in estimating or related fields, strong proficiency in Accubid/estimating tools, and a BS/BA in a relevant discipline. Opportunity supports growth and safety excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor- level degree in engineering, construction management, or related field is preferred.
• 10+ years of estimating, project management, or field experience in industrial/commercial electrical construction is preferred.
• Experience leading cost estimates and resource planning for industrial projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of technical scope and cost estimates for industrial and commercial electrical projects.
• Prepare and evaluate proposals, pricing schedules, and pre-approval estimates.
• Analyze plans, specs, and site drawings to determine cost; perform material takeoffs and labor analyses.
• Coordinate with operations, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and accurate estimates.
• Maintain cost databases and estimating tools; provide guidance to project teams.
