You will lead the development of technical scopes and independently prepare cost estimates and resource requirements for industrial and commercial electrical construction. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with estimating software (e.g., Accubid) and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with customers, vendors, and the project team to deliver competitive

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of estimating, project management, or field experience in industrial/commercial electrical construction preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical scope of work and cost estimates for industrial and commercial electrical projects nationwide.
• Prepare pre-approval estimates based on limited information and general scopes.
• Scope projects for engineering, construction, and contractual requirements.
• Develop detailed post-approval estimates per company standards and site drawings.
• Perform material take-offs and cost analyses to support estimates.
• Provide oversight and technical expertise for electrical construction projects in industrial and commercial markets.
