• Develop and compile accurate estimates for private and public works projects up to $100 million.
• Review drawings, specs, site conditions and take-offs for data accuracy.
• Lead bid reviews with senior management to ensure completeness and competitiveness.
• Communicate estimate details to field operations at pre-construction meetings.
• Develop relationships to expand regional bid opportunities and participate in design-build projects.
• Supervise estimating staff and maintain Granite standards.
