Granite Construction is seeking a senior estimator to develop accurate proposals for public and private sector projects valued from $50 to $100 million. The role requires leading bid processes, reviewing drawings and specifications, and coordinating with field operations to ensure competitive, high-quality estimates.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in estimating, prior management experience, and advanced skills in MS Office, AGTEK Take-off, Primavera, and estimating software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration or equivalent related work experience.
• 10+ years estimating experience; prior management experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AGTEK Take-off and Primavera Scheduling software; advanced knowledge of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and timely proposals and estimates for private and public sector works from $50 to $100 million.
• Review drawings and specifications; incorporate field input into final estimate.
• Lead bid reviews with senior management and coordinate with owners, subcontractors and public/private entities.
