Homeward Title is seeking an accomplished Escrow Officer to join our team. You will handle escrow documents, manage funds, and ensure smooth closings while delivering an exceptional experience to customers and agents.

This role requires 5+ years of Escrow Officer experience and licenses for TX, FL and CO, with familiarity in Qualia and Slack. We operate a remote-first environment with opportunities across CO, TX and FL states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Escrow Officer experience and high-level curative resolution.
• Current Escrow Officer licenses for TX, FL and CO.
• Knowledge of legal documents as they relate to closings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process escrow documents per company policies and regulations.
• Act as neutral third-party between buyers and sellers, managing funds.
• Review closing documents; clear titles; disburse funds.
• Maintain accuracy, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience with responsiveness and clarity.
