Homeward Title is seeking an accomplished Escrow Officer to join our remote-first real estate team. You will provide an impeccable experience to customers and agents, manage escrow documents, and act as a neutral party between buyers and sellers throughout closings.

We value 5+ years of escrow experience, knowledge of closing documents, and proficiency with Qualia and Slack. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $33.65 plus per-file bonuses, remote-work flexibility, stock options, 401(k)

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Escrow Officer experience with high-level curative resolution and supervising detailed disbursement practices.
• Knowledge of legal documents with ability to analyze and evaluate documents as they relate to closings.
• Software experience with Qualia and Slack strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Processing escrow documents in accordance with established company policies and regulations (TDI).
• Acting as a neutral third-party between buyers and sellers during all real estate transactions, managing funds and all closing details.
• Completing transactions by determining requirements, clearing titles, assembling and reviewing closing documents, and disbursing funds.
• High levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Providing an excellent customer experience by being informative, responsive, patient, and friendly.
