Job summary

Trust Title LLC is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to own escrow transactions end-to-end, from intake to funding, in Plano, TX. You will guide the team across functions, ensure accuracy and compliance, and work directly with ownership to refine systems and scale the operation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of escrow experience, strong knowledge of title and full workflow, and familiarity with TitleWave or Qualia. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of escrow experience.
• Strong knowledge of title, escrow, and full workflow (intake to post-closing).
• Familiar with TitleWave or Qualia (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own escrow transactions end-to-end from contract to funding.
• Support the full team across all functions.
• Oversee deal flow across intake, escrow, and closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting, reconciliation, and clean files.
• Review title and resolve issues pre-closing.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness (TDI), and client relationships.
