Senior Technical Solutions Analyst - America’s IT

The Senior Technical Solutions Analyst- America’s IT will support the core back-office application strategy across the Americas technology ecosystem supporting Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and broader business operations. This role serves as a key technical consultant for America’s IT’s business stakeholders and ERP sustaining and support teams, translating complex operational objectives and production support requirements into practical, repeatable solutions that align with stakeholder needs, enterprise standards, and long-term platform strategy. This individual will bring a consultative mindset, strong business partnership, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in support of the business’ priorities. This role will help create clearer direction for sustaining and support practices, improve incident-to-change discipline, evaluate the use of automation and embedded analytics, and support M&A and process harmonization related to evolving business needs.

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.

What You Will Do:
  • Serve as a strategic technology partner to Americas back-office business unit stakeholders, translating business objectives and production support requirements into clear solution direction and actionable plans.
  • Own and help evolve the ERP sustaining and support strategy for capabilities across core modules (GL/AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, MRP/MPS, Shop Floor), integrations, and related middleware/patches.
  • Act as a business-facing technical consultant lead for incident, problem, and change management for back-office systems, translating stakeholder needs into prioritized, executable support and enhancement solutions with clear success criteria and SLAs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and platform delivery to identify and resolve system inefficiencies, recurring incidents, and technical debt that impact business operations, while proactively recommending scalable, future-proof remediation and stabilization approaches.
  • Establish and support intake, prioritization, and governance processes for sustaining initiatives (break/fix, defects, small enhancements, compliance fixes), ensuring transparent visibility into business value, sequencing, resource tradeoffs, and platform alignment.
  • Evaluate technology solutions, automation, and AI capabilities and advise when to use embedded ERP features vs. external/custom tools, ensuring alignment with company AI policy, security, and business value.
  • Lead proofs of concept and pilot efforts to validate new sustaining tools or automation approaches (e.g., chatbots for common transactional queries, automated reconciliations), assess business value, and reduce risk prior to broader rollout.
  • Bring discipline to execution through stakeholder analysis, testing expectations, user acceptance planning, cutover/readiness planning, and adoption/change coordination for sustaining releases and patches.
  • Coordinate cross-functional work across Platform Delivery, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Data, DevOps/Infrastructure, Procurement, and business process owners to reduce blind spots and delivery/downtime risk.
  • Support vendor evaluations, contract and renewal discussions, support escalations, and vendor alignment in partnership with procurement and enterprise architecture for ERP product and managed service providers.
  • Support M&A and carve-in/carve-out planning by assessing ERP impacts on processes, master data, integrations, and recommending phased, low-risk approaches aligned with business priorities.
  • Produce clear communications and executive-level reporting that connects technical tradeoffs, risks, recurring incident trends, and prioritization with business impact and recommended decisions.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP support, enterprise platforms, business solutions, product or program leadership, or related roles supporting core back-office systems and operational processes.
  • Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms (Microsoft D365 F&O, Microsoft Dynamics AX2012, Oracle 11i, etc) and related integration technologies (middleware, APIs, EDI).
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Warehouse operations and how they map to ERP configuration, master data, and integrations.
  • Proven ability to establish governance, prioritization, intake, and support practices (incident/problem/change) and bring structure to complex, fast-moving, or loosely governed workstreams.
  • Experience with production support tooling and frameworks (ServiceNow), monitoring, SLAs, on-call processes, RCA, and post-incident remediation tracking.
  • Knowledge of data concepts relevant to ERP (master data management, interfaces, data quality, reconciliation) and comfort working with SQL and data teams to investigate issues.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements (SOX, data security) and applying controls and documentation in an ERP environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders, translate technical complexity into business impact narratives, and operate effectively across matrixed teams without direct authority.
  • Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand new operational domains and apply technology thoughtfully to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating as a high-impact individual contributor initially, with the ability to mentor others and help scale the function over time.
