Allegion is a global safety and security leader. The IT Senior Program Manager will own the full ERP lifecycle—from scoping to multi-site deployment—bridging IT and business stakeholders to transform O2C, Supply Chain, and Distribution.
The role emphasizes program leadership, process mapping, and ERP implementations with Dynamics 365, across manufacturing sites, while maintaining SOX compliance and comprehensive executive reporting. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT/Business or related field with 10+ years IT program management experience.
- Experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations, preferably Dynamics 365, across multi-site operations.
- Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, SOX compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP programs from scoping through go-live and post-implementation support.
- Map current and future state processes; drive automation and efficiency in ERP.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor interfaces; ensure PMO adherence and quality.
- Lead UAT, system validation, and executive reporting across multiple facilities.
