Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and transformation for higher education clients. You will guide a team of analysts and technical staff, partnering with college leaders and vendors to deliver scalable ERP solutions that align with business goals.
You’ll oversee ERP operations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements, driving adoption, system reliability, and a forward-looking technology roadmap across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
- 8+ years ERP systems experience with leadership.
- Experience leading ERP implementations and upgrades.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms, integrations, and workflows in higher education.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP strategy, governance, and roadmap for ERP platforms.
- Manage a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify improvements.
- Oversee system upgrades, deployments, and integrations.
