Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education clients. This remote-in-US role partners with college leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable ERP solutions that align with academic goals.

You will manage a team of ERP analysts, oversee upgrades and deployments, and drive process standardization, security, and adoption across the enterprise landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Proven ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong ERP platform, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business process knowledge in higher education.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner/Colleague/Jenzabar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP strategy, governance, and roadmap aligned with campus goals.
• Direct ERP operations, upgrades, testing, releases, and change management.
• Mentor ERP analysts and technical staff; set goals and development plans.
• Collaborate with college leaders and stakeholders to improve processes and technology use.
• Drive vendor management, budgets, contracts, and cross-functional projects.
