Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years ERP systems experience, with leadership responsibilities.
- 3+ years people management leading ERP teams in higher education.
- Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations and upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategy, and continuous improvement for customers.
- Develop and manage ERP roadmap aligned with goals and growth.
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices.
- Partner with executives to drive process improvement and innovation.
- Oversee upgrades, integrations, testing, releases, and deployment.
