Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy and operations for higher education clients. You will supervise a team of analysts and technical resources and collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

This role drives governance, upgrades, integrations, and change management, ensuring system reliability and performance while aligning the ERP roadmap with campus goals and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or business.
• 8+ years ERP experience with leadership.
• 3+ years people management in higher education.
• Experience with ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of governance, security, risk in enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, initiatives, and continuous improvement for higher education clients.
• Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals.
• Lead ERP transformations from planning to implementation and support.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with executives to identify process improvements and tech innovation.
• Manage ERP roadmap and alignment with growth.
• Lead ERP team of analysts and technical resources.
• Oversee upgrades, integrations, testing, and change management.
• Monitor system health and user adoption for continuous improvement.
